Our Story
Understanding the regulatory requirements pertaining to planning, design, builder selection and construction is and important factor for the success of a building project. The key element however, in successfully merging all stages of the project life-cycle together is practical experience.
Founder, George Chorianopoulos, a registered residential & commercial builder & project manager with over 20 years of experience in construction was looking to fill the gap between project managers who shine from an administrative perspective but lack key practical experience.
